Beat ‘SC Rally

Production Director

Led the planning and execution of the Beat ‘SC Rally, UCLA's largest outdoor event. Duty included managing outreach to participants, coordinating with campus leaders, and communicating with athletic professionals and over 50 sponsors for an event with an estimated attendance of 4,000+ people. Gained experience in calling the show with 50+ lightning, video, and audio cues.

Spring Sing

Production Coordinator

Stage design, and stage management for UCLA’s largest annual music concert.
Head of hiring and managing a professional film crew and stage crew. Team of 20.
Head of promotional marketing, 1800 tickets sold within the first 24 hours.

Bruin Bash

Concerts Staff Planner

In charge of managing, and executing UCLA’s largest indoor annual concert. In charge of spearheading ideas for what acts to hire and collaborating with a committee to execute UCLA’s largest indoor concert, kept in contact with a variety of acts. Sold out show for an audience of 4,500.
