As a member of UCLA’s Fashion and Student Trends club, I’ve had the opportunity to support the production of the annual FAST Runway show, a large-scale student-led fashion event that brings together designers, models, creative teams, and campus partners.

Being part of the Production Staff has given me valuable experience in managing live event logistics from both the front-of-house and backstage perspective. My role has involved working directly with the venue, attending rehearsals, assisting with model coordination, preparing VIP seating and gift bags, organizing press materials, and supporting committee collaboration for projections, music, and overall show flow.

This role has strengthened my ability to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to whatever needs arise backstage. From cue-calling models during the show to helping with last-minute production needs, I’ve gained hands-on experience in making sure the creative vision of the runway is executed smoothly and professionally.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
